Installation & Cut-Out Dimensions
Do not cut your cabinetry or benchtops until you have physically received your Smart BBQ to ensure optimum results. The cutout dimensions provided are indicative only as requirements for each installation will vary. Upon receiving your Smart BBQ, individually measure the relevant sections to ensure optimum fittings.
It is essential to thoroughly read the user manual (provided below) before installation or use of this BBQ.
The cabinetry must allow front access underneath the BBQ to allow access to clean and remove the drip cup.
The benchtop/substrate must be able to support the weight of the BBQ which is mentioned in the technical specifications. We recommend a minimum benchtop thickness of 20mm. Consult with your stone/cabinet maker.
If an LPG gas bottle is stored in the enclosure under the BBQ, it must be isolated from the BBQ unit with a non-combustible panel. The enclosure must comply with the requirements of AS/NZS 5601.1 - this is to allow any residual gas to escape from the cavity.
