New BeefEater ProLine Series - 2026

BeefEater has officially launched the new BeefEater ProLine Series, replacing the highly popular Signature ProLine 6-Burner BBQ and Side Wok burner range (models BSH158SA, BSL158SA, and BSW318SA). While the "Signature" moniker has been retired, the new models retain the exact same physical dimensions and sleek, built-in design as their predecessors. The major upgrade lies in the exterior: the new series is available in either ultra-durable 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel or a striking Matt Black Monument Finish. Both finish options are available with either a roasting hood or a flat lid, alongside an optional matching Wok side burner to complete your outdoor kitchen.

Performance & Layout: The new models deliver the same exceptional high heat output that barbecue enthusiasts expect, powered by six robust stainless steel burners. However, the internal burner spacing has changed. In the older 304 stainless steel models, the outer burners were grouped closer together to direct intense heat to the outer grills (a popular configuration when placing the solid hotplate in the middle and open grills on either side). The new series features a revised spacing layout across the cooking surface.

Installation & Power Updates If you are upgrading from an older model, there are a few important installation details to note. First, all models are supplied ready for Natural Gas, but conveniently include an LPG conversion kit in the box. Second—and most importantly—the ignition system has changed. The previous battery-operated igniter has been replaced, meaning the new models now require a standard mains power connection to operate the ignition.

⚠️ Important Safety Note Just like the previous generation, these new models cannot accommodate two solid hotplates at the same time. Doing so restricts airflow and causes dangerous temperature build-ups, which will permanently damage the BBQ and overheat your surrounding cabinetry.
