Crossray

Crossray BBQs are distinguished by their patented infrared technology, which sets them apart from traditional barbecues. Instead of relying on convection heating, which circulates hot air, Crossrays infrared burners are mounted on the sides and angled towards the cooking surface. This design ensures extremely even high heat distribution, eliminates hot and cold spots, and uses up to 50% less gas than many conventional grills.
