Outdoor Magic Apple Smoking Sawdust is ideal for use in a fish smoker. Burning with less intensity than chips or chunks, Apple Smoking Sawdust provides a sweet yet dense fruit flavour that can add to a range of meats including pork, ham, fish and poultry.

Smoking Sawdust burns slower however provides less heat than standard smoking chips meaning for a stronger flavour or higher heat it will need to be replenished more often.
