OUTDOOR MAGIC – LIQUID SMOKE MANUKA

Liquid smoke by Outdoor Magic is all natural smoke flavour. Manuka is a good all-rounder but is particularly good with seafood. With higher density than most other smoking hardwoods. It produces a heavy smoke with a hint of sweetness!

Instructions for use:
Add approx. 2 tablespoons of liquid smoker per KG of meat or kg of stock. Spray or baste lightly over meat and vegetables prior to cooking or grilling.
