Smokey Joes - Greek Souvlaki Seasoning

This is a perfect blend to use in any recipe that calls for Greek seasoning, or as an all-purpose spice blend perfect on pork or lamb, even roast potatoes.  

This blend is what i use on my meat when using the souvla to make an incredible absolutely fabulous Souvlaki or Gyros which you will love

Paprika, Lake Deborah Salt, Oregano, Garlic, Onion, Coriander, Thyme, Red Pepper Flakes, Lemon zest, cayenne Pepper
